Bicycle Horror: Mother's Plea

A call for all cyclists to wear a helmet every time they go out on their bike has come from Newton Abbot mother Jane Ford. It's a plea from the heart after her 13-year-old son Luke nearly died from terrible head injuries, suffered on a 10 minute bike ride from his home. 'This summer has been a horrible nightmare which I wouldn't want anybody else to go through,' she said.
