Emissions could double: report

Global carbon dioxide emissions could double by 2050 if energy-saving measures are not universally introduced, an international energy report released in Sydney on Monday shows. The document Energy and Climate Change, released by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development at the World Energy Congress, reports energy trends for the next 46 years.
