Latham faces voter backlash on tollway

Labor faces a voter revolt after failing to deliver a toll-free road between Mitcham and Frankston. Community anger in Melbourne's eastern suburbs reignited yesterday when Opposition Leader Mark Latham withdrew $421 million promised for the controversial project.
