Scotsman.com News - Cyclists Prompt Rethink on 20mph Speed Limit

Cyclists today welcomed a decision to reconsider the introduction of a 20mph speed restriction in most of the City of London. The Corporation of London agreed to think again about creating a 20mph zone as bicycling barrister Ralph Smyth was about to launch a High Court action to force it to take action."
