Volvo recalls 460,000 cars worldwide
Volvo Cars, the Swedish car-making unit of Ford Motors, had recalled about 460,000 cars worldwide because of motor problems, a company spokesman said. Volvo's largest ever recall concerns the S60, V70 and XC70 models from 2000 and 2001 in which problems have arisen with the electronic fan control module inside the radiator, which if overheated could lead to a short circuit and possibly a fire.
