Stick it up yer jumper, er, tunick

Bottoms Up The original inspiration behind the Malvern Star ad, refer handy link below

Rather cheeky, eh? Viewer tip: click on the link, select a free account & wait for the download ticket.

In other news, I finally wound up that long running blog poll saga (refer to dodgy jpeg below) Any keen social researchers who wish to partake in hard data analysis of these results are most welcome. You're all old raving barmpots. Seriously.

  • Until I looked at another couple of them, I thought the photo you had linked to was of potatoes. Strangely, I was more impressed by it then (not that I'm saying anything against it anyway, just that it would have been better as potatoes).

  • Those poll results are startling. Are cyclists needlessly frightened of proctology exams?!?

  • You'll be proud to know that having been a hardened member of the Them team, I now straddle between Them and Us as I purchased my first pushy in a decade. Hooray for two wheels and I hope no four wheeled freak hits me.

  • Forgive me for my presumption, but I thought you played for both teams? Or was dat something else...

  • I have always batted for both teams... but in terms of actual cycling this is my first attempt in a long time. I have been an armchair fan my whole life (hence previous TdF posts) but now the armchair is based on a carbon fibre body and it makes my perineum quiver whenever I sit on it for longer than 15 minutes. At least it has a slick derailleur.

  • Full TCR Composite? Full Campy gruppo?

  • Are you psychic or something? I got a Giant TCR Aero 2. It's a great bike to keep in the shed and wonder what could have been.

  • Not psychic at all, the TCR is a brill entry level roadie for folks with a bit of $$$. When you go custom frame I'll know yer hardcore!

  • I shat my pants when I saw the $$$ attached to frames, wheels and allsorts. I almost got a Vespa.
