A question

Back track to here: Melbourne, We Have A Problem
Hypothetically, if all of Victorias' road toll occurred within one month of the new year, don't you think all relevant authorities & media would be having serious conniptions? Share the Road? Er, how about a more apt title like Doesn't Play Well With Others? Still awaiting a response from Campaigns at Bicycle Victoria, if I'm going to get one.

  • I once knew a man who did a cross austrailia mountainbike race
    he won it
    and
    he loved it
loved it so much he asked his girlfriend if she minded if he stayed to ride his bike north to south, as east to west was just so much fun he felt like he needed to finish the job
she gave him an ultimatum (spelling error? where is my spell check?)
    she dumped him
    he did the ride
perhaps they both got what they wanted

  • Well there be none of that here. My partner can ride his bike wherever he wants, whenever he wants, buy whatever bike he requires. Matter of fact, he's doing that right now.

Thank you for informing Bicycle Victoria of the death of the cyclist on Todd Road in Port Melbourne on Tuesday last week.

I have writen to the coroners office and asked to be sent a copy of their final report into the accident. I have also asked for the coroners office to send copies of their reports investigating the deaths of the other three cyclists killed on our roads this year.

In the meantime Bicycle Victoria is unable to make any statements, as we do not know the details of the accident.

It is an absolute tragedy that there have been four deaths due to
cycling accidents in such a short period of time.

    Regards,

    Graeme Cameron
